With their pop, soul, funk, hip-hop and electronic music touches, these artists continue to be fan favorites with hits like “I’ll Give All My Love for You,” “Cupid” and “Wifey.”  

On Saturday, February 15, catch Air Supply live on stage as they perform classic soft-rock hits such as “Lost in Love,” “Even the Nights are Better,” “Every Woman in the World, and more.

Valentine’s Day is one of the most popular holidays for dining out. Thus, diners are advised to make reservations early to save a space. Many Rancho Mirage eateries serve up special menus for the occasion, including:

bluEmber: It’s a culinary celebration of love featuring locally sourced and fresh ingredients hand chosen by bluEmber chefs. Dine on a three-course meal featuring a Belgian endive salad and entree of filet mignon Bordelaise or lobster and rock shrimp Fricassee. Dessert is white and dark chocolate mousse hearts with raspberry glaze. $62 per person. Feb. 14, 5 – 10 p.m.

Shame on the Moon: Enjoy the regular menu or the special prix fixe Surf and Turf with filet mignon and lobster, soup or salad, and chocolate lava cake or tiramisu. $45 per person. Feb. 14, beginning at 5 p.m.  

Wally’s Desert Turtle: Expect mood lighting and music by Michael Bolivar to enhance your three-course dinner by Executive Chef Pascal Lallemand. Select from a variety of soups or salads, numerous entrées and a selection of decadent desserts. $82 – $95 per person. Feb. 14, beginning at 4:30 p.m.  

The Edge Steakhouse at the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage will offer select Valentine-themed items. Known for its breathtaking desert valley views, unparalleled service, and signature cocktails, The Edge has the perfect atmosphere for the romantic occasion. To end on a sweet note at The Ritz, Pastry Chef Troman Felizmenio has created specialty desserts like the Strawberry Blossom which is crafted from almond cake, strawberry glaze, and strawberry consommé. The aptly named Cupid’s Heart combines Valrhona chocolate genoise, rich chocolate mousse, raspberry cream, and fresh cherries to create the ultimate Valentine’s Day dessert to share.
