Then choose from selections such as oven-roasted turkey and ham, braised short ribs, filet of fresh Atlantic salmon, linguine with shrimp, pancakes, and eggs Benedict. There’s also carrot cake, apple crisp or other dessert favorites. 

Agua Caliente Resort Casino and Spa – Rancho Mirage: Grab Easter to go with a conveniently packaged and ready-to-serve dinner for six to eight guests. Enjoy a chef-prepared premium whole roasted honey glazed ham and seven sides, including broccoli cheddar soup, three-cheese scalloped potatoes, brown butter glazed carrots, and more. Plus, there are a dozen assorted Easter cupcakes for dessert. Orders must be placed by April 13 for Easter pick up.

Menu items include smoked salmon eggs Benedict, slow-roasted turkey, bone-in roasted chicken with lemon cream sauce, grilled skirt steak, a seafood bar, omelet station, salads, soup, a variety of desserts, and special offerings for the kids.

Wally’s Desert Turtle: Dine on a three-course meal ($60-72 per person, $30 for children under 12 years) that includes appetizers like asparagus soup, beet gazpacho, and deviled eggs. Then select your entrées from choices that include French toast St. Croix, eggs Benedict, Scottish smoked salmon, and slow braised beef short ribs. Delicious desserts include lemon meringue tart, cinnamon spice carrot cake, or warm Valrhona dark chocolate lava cake with cherries jubilee.
