Coachella Valley Repertory, a non-profit professional regional theatre, offers the Coachella Valley residents and visitors thought-provoking, innovative theater of substance. The 2014-2015 Season – “The American Melting Pot” – presents four distinct cultures by staging four critically-acclaimed plays that will make you laugh, cry, feel sentimental and proud, be inspired, awed or angry.
Another fun-filled event that CVRep offers are monthly Luminary Luncheons (September-June) that provide its guests the opportunity to be up close and personal with stars of stage, screen, and television. The celebrities share special moments and personal stories from their amazing past as well as participate in an Actors Studio-style interview with Q&A. Past Luminaries have included Carol Channing, Tommy Tune, Florence Henderson, Kaye Ballard, and George Chakiris and many more exceptional personalities.
Throughout the year, CVRep also presents many performing-arts related special events to include staged readings, dance productions, classical and cabaret concerts.
