A New Face on an Old Favorite
Good things lie in store for Rancho Las Palmas Shopping Center
Rancho Las Palmas Shopping Center located on the corner of Bob Hope Drive and Highway 111 is gearing up for a much needed facelift.
Recently, the property was acquired by Paragon Commercial Group out of El Segundo. Paragon’s management team is a seasoned group of developers who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Up to six buildings will be demolished as part of the plan to open up the shopping center and provide a view corridor from Highway 111 down to anchoring tenants. Construction is anticipated to start in January 2015 with the entire project completed within an 18 to 24 month time frame.
As construction begins, there is bound to be a little disruption but the stores currently located at RLP Shopping Center will remain open. Some of the current retail, health & service based businesses you can find at RLP Shopping Center are Acu Touch Health Center, Advanced Hearing Systems, American Cancer Society Discovery Shop, Brandini Toffee, CVS Pharmacy,
D’Carlo’s Italian Café, Drapers & Damons, Impression Cleaners, Tammy & Ray Nails,Tuesday Morning and Wells Fargo, to name a few.
Coming to the center as part of the remodel and as anchoring stores, along with CVS Pharmacy, will be Steinmart and Hobby Lobby.
