Channeling his Cuban inner self Tony Plata crafts a libation that teasingly aligns with the first competition rule, the cocktail name.  His Babaloojito, named in honor of one of Rancho Mirage’s famous founding residents, Desi Arnaz, illustrates Tony’s passion for creative mixology and presentation as his entry is served in a chilled carafe.

My Drink – Babaloojito

Ingredients:

• Bacardi Rum
• Triple Sec
• Tony’s Homegrown Mojito Mix
• Fresh Mint
• Fresh Squeezed Limes

Shake vigorously and serve in a chilled carafe garnished with lime wedge
