New Twist, Same Great Cause

Supporting local restaurants just got more fun with “Take Out” Taste of Summer Rancho Mirage 2020: August 17 – September 22. While the concept is a bit different this year, the great cause of helping local charities remains the same.

It’s a win-win-win

Organizers hope people will participate and enjoy the Taste of Summer while supporting local jobs. It’s a win-win-win that benefits charities, the community and, by patronizing area restaurants, it helps support local jobs.

With “Take Out” Taste of Summer Rancho Mirage 2020, grab great food at favorite spots or try something new this summer for only $5, $10 or $15 with specials varying by location. Pick up a $10 wristband and a portion of the proceeds benefit Coachella Valley charities and the local chamber of commerce. Specials can be found very soon at

“This is an unprecedented year for our community and world,” Katie Stice, CEO, Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce, “While we have made many changes, the chamber’s mission to support business, jobs, nonprofits and residents has not stopped. Taste of Summer Rancho Mirage might look a little bit different to fit the needs of the time, and it remains a fun experience for locals and visitors, helps our restaurants when they need it most and assists nonprofits in their fundraising goals. We invite everyone to participate and make an impact. Let’s face it – you need to eat anyhow! This just makes the ripple effect of that meal even stronger. Be well and stay safe.”

PLUS! You will receive FIVE FREE FACE MASKS when you purchase your wristbands! You can order your wristbands through one of the supporting charities or through the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce here!
