Local Restaurants Offer Dine-in, Takeout Holiday Feasts
Celebrating Thanksgiving 2021 in Rancho Mirage? Local restaurants are gearing up to make turkey day delicious with many dine-in or takeout options.
The holiday tradition returns and includes a menu so extensive you’ll want to wear your “big pants”or loosen your belt. Start with a choice of three soups and three salads before digging into 10 entrée options. Included are traditional oven roasted turkey, holiday ham, fresh Atlantic salmon, slow roasted prime rib, filet mignon, spaghetti primavera, seafood linguini, turkey pot pie, and braised short ribs. Gluten free and vegetarian options are also available. Dessert course? Yes, of course! Choose from six sumptuous choices that include classic pumpkin and apple pies, crème brûlée, triple chocolate cake, or ice cream.
Get a gourmet chef prepared Thanksgiving to go for 6 to 8 people. This feast includes a premium whole roasted tom turkey and nine sides that come conveniently packaged for curbside pick-up on Thanksgiving Day. Enjoy butternut squash bisque, baby spinach salad, chestnut sage stuffing, whipped potatoes, green beans, and more. Yes, there’s pumpkin pie and New York Style cheesecake, too! Orders must be placed by Nov. 22 by 5 p.m.
You may not immediately think about this barbecue joint for Thanksgiving, but perhaps you should. Choose a Complete Feast, Dinner Feast, or à la carte options to take home to your guests. Menu options include smoked turkey, prime rib, Cajun-fried turkey, or spiral ham as well as a variety of sides, including cornbread dressing, baked potato casserole, green beans with bacon, and buttery rolls.
On Thursday, Nov. 25, celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday early with breakfast (8 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.). Dinner begins at 12 p.m., with service through 9 p.m. Select items from the regular menu and enjoy limited Thanksgiving specials.
Enjoy dining at the restaurant with a feast that begins with asparagus feuillete with hollandaise sauce and choice of soup or salad. Then select from Diestel Farm turkey rôtie entière, Chilean sea bass, or Hercules Ranch sliced filet mignon. There’s also a grilled portobello vegetarian option. Leave room for classic pumpkin pie with churned homemade honey whipped cream. Reservations required. ($85 per person/ $32 for kids 12 and under).
